AU-EU Youth Voices Lab App Demos Engage Youth Across Africa in April Series

Throughout April 2026, the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective programme hosted two virtual demo and feedback sessions, introducing young people to the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab Mobile App and its growing role in strengthening youth engagement across Africa and Europe.

Held on 16 April and 30 April 2026, the sessions brought together over 300 registered participants, with youth leaders joining from diverse backgrounds to explore how the app supports learning, networking, and participation in policy dialogue. The sessions were delivered in collaboration with The Talent Pipeline Company and Live for Generation Organization (L4G) alongside the Live for Generation Student Club, reflecting a strong partnership approach to youth outreach.

The AU-EU Youth Voices Lab Mobile App serves as a centralized digital platform offering access to curated learning resources, certified micro-learning courses, opportunities, and interactive tools. Beyond showcasing features, the sessions created space for participants to share feedback and actively shape the platform’s development. This user-driven approach ensures the app remains relevant and responsive to the realities and needs of youth.

Participants highlighted the app’s accessibility and overall impact. As noted during the sessions, “It is very fascinating to see all that the App provides… this webinar is doing wonders,” while others emphasized its ease of use and value as an opportunity hub for young people.

These April demos mark an important step in onboarding youth to a tool designed to enhance skills, expand opportunities, and strengthen youth participation in the AU-EU partnership. With momentum building, more demo sessions and engagement opportunities are planned in the coming months, continuing to amplify youth voices and foster a more connected, informed, and empowered generation.
