Strengthening Action and Women Agency-SAWA Project is a project implemented by Dreams Redefined Community Based Organization in Kenya, focusing on young women in Kisumu. The project addresses barriers to women’s leadership and limited participation in governance and decision-making by strengthening young women’s leadership capacity, confidence, networks, and practical skills. Through training, mentorship, community engagement, and interaction with leaders and community actors, the project supports young women to influence decisions and drive meaningful change in Kenya.
