The App expands multilingual access through demo sessions in Arabic and French

To make digital learning and engagement more accessible to young people across Africa and Europe, Youthmakers Hub hosted two AU-EU Youth Voices Lab App Demo & Feedback Sessions in Arabic and French during July 2026. Conducted online via Zoom, the sessions strengthened the programme’s commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and user-centred innovation.

The Arabic Demo & Feedback Session was held on 3 July 2026 and a week later, on 10 July 2026, the French Demo & Feedback Session took place. Across both sessions, 57 young people registered, highlighting growing interest in accessing the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab ecosystem in multiple languages.

Facilitated by Youthmakers Hub, the interactive sessions introduced participants to the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab Mobile App, showcasing its wide range of features, including learning courses, opportunities, assessments, certificates, and community engagement tools. Beyond demonstrating the platform, the sessions encouraged participants to actively test the App and share their experiences.

The feedback discussions generated valuable insights on usability, language accessibility, and user experience, helping the project team identify opportunities to further improve the platform. By engaging directly with French- and Arabic-speaking users, the programme continues to ensure that the App evolves in response to the needs and expectations of its diverse community.

These multilingual sessions reflect our vision of creating inclusive digital spaces where young people can learn, connect, collaborate, and access opportunities regardless of the language they speak.

As the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab App continues to grow, feedback from its users remains central to its development. By listening to young people and adapting the platform accordingly, the programme is building a more accessible digital ecosystem that empowers youth to participate, develop new skills, and engage in civic and social action across Africa and Europe.
